4. Orders and Payments

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Shipping rates and methods are as indicated at checkout

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy:

• Custom products cannot be returned unless defective
• Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• We may require photos of defective products
